RaechitMerch is run by a business woman with a passion for providing better opportunities to those who wanna make cool stuff! RaechitMerch started with a solid foundation, where the founder handled merch for talents she was already managing or had worked with before in another part of the VTubing industry. Then, moving forward she hand selected each talent that we parterned with, to give a boost to people the owner personally believes in. It is because of these founding collaborations successes that RaechitMerch was able to expand and outreach to more talents, bringing more communities high quality goods. Starting off as a passion project to bring her talents and friends more merch options, to now becoming a blooming business with an intense determination to provide talents and their communities with the best, this small business has big benefits for creators.

Anything else?

Other commitments? While the primary goal of the business is to bring high quality merchandise to communities and support the talent behind the merch as much as possible, we have some other goals that we strive to achieve. Firstly, we know merch can often produce a lot of waste. Endless boxes, bubble wrap, and other packaging materials are used non-stop. To help reduce waste, we reuse many of our packaging materials. One of our imports came wrapped up in bubble wrap? We’ll use that to help secure future orders. Cardboard boxes from imports, or even personal purchases? That box will either be cut into a new box, become hard backing to keep prints from getting bent during shipping, or the full box repurposed to ship out a future order (don’t be shocked if your anime girl merch arrives in a box labeled for something entirely unrelated). This also helps saves on some of the packaging costs, which means more can be sent to the talents! Our second goal is to make sure all creators to know more about the merch business so that they can make more well informed decisions. Even if a talent doesn't end up working with us, we are transparent upfront about our processes so that talents know their options, and understand how things work behind the curtain.
